This week I had one of those «soul connection» moments with someone that became my client. We were talking about life and giggling and realizing we had similar life experiences and that all her business challenges were exactly what I offer!
Later today, a friend told me that she had been discouraged from getting coaching in general, after talking with someone who was all about pressure, finances, hard goals, working when you’re sick, hard selling and all that push, push, push jazz.
OH MAN, NOTHING FEELS BETTER THAN FIT!
Nothing feels better than finding that perfect coach/consultant that feels like an old friend, that understands what you want, that believes what you believe, that has the same values, that uses your words and offers exactly what you need.
Please do not get discouraged by one person that doesn’t do it the way you want/need. You can find someone who is a good fit. You can find someone that understands your purpose and the business you want to build.
Cookie cutters are for dough, not for coaching or consulting. Please go, fly out there and look for your perfect match. Don’t hire someone that wants you to fit into THEIR specific idea of success. If you are ready to grow your business in your own terms, you are ready for coaching!!!
