Intuition is key in business, and this is coming from a logical, type A business engineer.
I learned this the hard way, I thought that there were certain steps to take and rules to learn that I didn’t know yet.
The best advice you can get is from YOURSELF, I say this and I am a business coachsultant! It is great to have a guide and pick a role model that matches your values, but you definitely can’t expect someone to decide for you.
Intuition will answer the main questions and problems that you have as a business owner and can help you pick the right path, the right coach and the right clients.
***YOUR ROAD: There are many roads to the top, pick a path that sounds true to you and follow someone that you truly connect with, there are enough coaches, friends and people in the world, that you can (and must) spend your time with the ones that you connect with the most.
***A GREAT FIT: I am not interested in pressuring anyone to work with me or working with anyone that is not a perfect fit. They can regret it later and not get the results they want. Sometimes you spend more time with someone that you’re working with that your own friends, so you might as well make that time enjoyable.
***A TRIBE: As a business owner, I want to listen to advice that makes sense to me and align with my values, there is enough confusion and anxiety as is in our minds when we make this journey, we don’t need someone whispering in our ear and making us doubt our values and gut feeling.
After trying to follow other paths, I am proud to have developed a business in which I am completely authentic and have a message and a website that is totally ME. I work with small businesses that have a positive purpose as a main priority and want to magnify their success. I help them attain and retain more clients by working in their goal setting, dream customer profile and tactics to handle their customers better.
I speak fast, I am loud, sassy and my sense of humour is present in every sentence I speak. I am empathetic and I refuse to work with anyone with whom I don’t connect 100%. I honestly believe that you can do work you love and make and impact, and money at the same time.
