Do you have a great business or not?
Is this about how much money you are making? Nope
Hands down, the way I measure a good business is this ratio:
(Money made + Satisfaction gained) / (Time spent + Effort spent + Money spent + Resources spent)
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? A business is an investment. You need to be considering what you put in, and what you get out of it!
The best businesses are the ones where you get the most money and satisfaction, with a good use of time, effort, money and resources.
It doesn’t matter if you’re making a ton of cash if this project is sucking the life out of you and you’re investing so much time that it leaves you exhausted.
In this equation, satisfaction is very important! Whatever satisfaction means to you personally. To me, it means positive impact, fulfillment, flexibility and balance.
