The most important way to find clients hasnt changed.

Technology has brought many new ways for customers to be informed and make choices, people can read reviews, find references, read about past clients that a business has had; and ratings may be available to convert opinions into more tangible information.

While all of that information does affect customers choices and opinions, the most important way to find clients is still the same as several years ago: Word of Mouth. Only 46% of people trust reviews from newspapers or magazines, and 45% trust reviews from people that they follow online BUT 75% trust reviews from close friends and family.
