Minisi Convenience & Gift Shop is located on the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation. We service not only the Island but the greater Scugog township area. Our store offers a wide variety of Indigenous Arts and Crafts, grocery items and cater to some degree to the outdoor lifestyle of the area. I own and operate Broya. We produce organic chicken and grass fed beef bone broth and sell it to the health food retail market as well as direct to consumer.

I’m in the process of moving into the next phase of growth in my business, which means updating packaging so that it’s ready to ship across the country, moving kitchens, and working with a distribution partner to scale production and distribution simultaneously. Leyla helped me with negotiations and pricing with the distributor, ensuring I maintain my margins for healthy sustainable growth. She also helped me update my branding, helping me personalize my story to the brand. She also helped me nail down what the mission of Broya is and where I want to be taking it in the next 5 years.

Leyla is has a ton of knowledge about retail and can pinpoint large gaps you may not have thought of to get your product to be in the best possible position for success in the retail market.
